Rainbows and Angels

I love the colors of the rainbow.

It gives such a beautiful view.

I think of rainbows as my angels.

This thought is shared by many, not a few.

Is there a pot of gold to find?

Most think that to be a fairytale.

It is fact, that rainbows have no end.

So, how could a pot of gold be real?

Well, I will tell you my thought.

It is not a fairytale.

It is a symbol of what is there.

That is how I feel.

My pot of gold had arrived.

When my angels brought us together.

So, now we share my rainbows and my angels.

This we will do forever.

Rainbows do not start or end.

Our love is that way, too.

The storms, the rain, the trials and the pain.

Then rainbows and angels brought me to you.

We have just begun to share our lives.

Together, happiness finally found.

Now we share our storms and rainbows.

The thunder now a welcome sound.

No trial can break the bond we now have.

There is no pain we can not persevere.

We face each day together, hand in hand.

We now know how to soothe with love and care.

Each storm makes us stronger.

We have found our pot.

Rainbows are a reminder now.

We have what we have sought.

I will always believe in rainbows and angels.

They made an us of you and I.

I believe in pots of gold now.

Look up with a thankful tear in my eye.

No more lonely days or nights.

Now everything is shared.

Holding, kissing and loving each other.

We bravely face what we once feared.

Together as one we are now free.

We look for the rainbow beyond the rain.

Constantly growing closer is what we do best.

Together finding happiness beyond the pain.

We are only of this earth.

Obstacles and sadness we will have to face.

The rainbow follows the storm.

Our pains are followed by a loving embrace.

The time will come when we will part.

Life has a natural course.

We know one will be an angel for the other.

Here to soothe in the remorse.

We also believe the Lord.

We will join Him in the sky.

One day we will reunite.

Together for eternity, you and I.
